Vocational Training Programs
Vocational Education continues to gain popularity in Quebec as an interesting avenue of post-secondary training permitting relatively quick access to good employment opportunities in a wide variety of fields.
These increasingly competitive programs are offered across the province in such fields carpentry, interior design, professional cooking, auto mechanics, plumbing, health care professions to name but a few.
Vocational Training Program Applications are ongoing and can be made anytime for programs starting next the fall or winter as long as there is room in the program. Students should apply via the AdmissionFP site. A reminder that a hard copy of the application package must be printed and mailed to the Vocational Centre along with the supporting documents as indicated on the application form (birth certificate, Relève de notes etc.) before they will begin looking at your file. You will then be invited to go to the Centre with original documentation (birth certificate, medicare etc) to complete the registration. Check out the variety of training options available in the Montreal area!
